Bicycle - Specialised Enduro Expert
Nature of dispute / problem:
It was alleged that inadequate set up and pre delivery inspection meant that the handlebars were in an unsafe condition which resulted in the rider being thrown from the bike.
Work completed:
- Bicycle was examined thoroughly
- Safety features and set-up assessed, including brakes and steering.
- Steering assembly was found to be loose
- Only limited test riding could be carried out
- Work reorted in written form for the Court.
