Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegations were made that the design features and performance between two similar Carburettors was different because there had been a failure to comply with the terms of a manufacturing and design improvements Technical Collaboration Agreement (TCA).
Work completed:
- Analysis of the design variants of the two carburettors and effects on performance.
- Review of the Technical Collaboration Agreement (TCA) with regard to design and performance.
- Examination of the component parts of the carburettors.
- Work reported in written form for the Court
- Preparation of reports and oral evidence given in Court (Tokyo) for International Tribunal.
