JCB 3CX Excavator and Manitou 524 Telehandler
Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegations had been made that the condition of the vehicles was as a direct result of misuse and poor maintenance.
Work completed:
- Examined both vehicles in detail in thier working environment.
- Assessed the structural damage, the wear on bearings and operating components.
- Assesed the extent of the damage that was caused or accelerateld by rust corrosion from road salt.
- Work reported in written form for the Court
