Key Cutting Machine RST TM800
Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegations have been made that during use the operator suffered serious injury to his hand as a result of the machine not being supplied with properly or adequate safety guards.
Work completed included:
- Examined the key cutting machine
- Assessed the safety guards fitted to the machine for each of the cutting operations.
- Work reported in written form for the Court
