Allegations were made that the working capacity and design strength of the vehicles was inadequate and the vehicles were not fit for purpose

- Vehicle examined, in particular the structure of the refuse compacter.
- Vehicle weighed unladen and fully laden.
- Examined the fittment and operation of the bin-lift system (Terberg)
- Work reported in written form for the Court
