RS500 Road Sweeper Vehicles - Nilfisk
Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegations made that the design of the road sweeper vehicles was not adequate for the job that they were intended to do.
Work completed:
- Reveiwed the work place environement and duty of the vehicles.
- Examined vehicles showing typical mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems
- Examined the particular problem of cylinder head failures
- Reviewed the maintenance schedule and defect reports for the vehicles.
- Work reported in written form for the Court
