Stone Cutting and Polishing Machines
Nature of dispute / problem:
Many of the stone cutting and polishing machines were not operating effectively and efficiently and there was dispute as to the cause of the deterioration.
Work completed included:
- Examined each machine in detail
- Assessed mechanical and operational condition
- Considered the repairs and/or refurbishment necessary
- Investigated availability and cost of spare parts / refurbishment
- Work reported in written form for the Court
- Attended to assist and give oral evidence at mediation
