Wheel Loader Shovel - Case 912 C
Nature of dispute / problem:
It was alleged that the Case 912 C was not fit for purpose and was not in a satisfactory condition.

- Examined the vehicle structure and the engine
- Inspected the hydraulic hoses and connections for wear and leaks
- Assesed the operation of the vehicle and functioning of all the hydraulic cylinders
- Work completed was reported in written form for the Court
