Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegatrions had been made that the hydrostatic drive of the fork lift truck was not operating correctly or not set correctly. As a consequence the truck was not safe to operate at the clients premises and not suitable for the purpose it was purchased for.
Work completed included:
- Examined the truck in detail
- Assessd the operating performance of the fork lift both empty and fully loaded
- Test drive carried out at clients premises
- Work reported in written form for the Court
