Versa Lift 40/60 machine
Nature of dispute / problem:
The Claimant in this matter wished to import the Versa lift machine and considered that H M Customs & Excise had not put this machine in the correct Tariff Classification.
Work completed included:
- Examined all the relavent documents and reports
- Assessed the working capabilities and features of the machine
- Reviewed the classification documents for Lifting / Handling and Lifting as a crane
- Work reported in written form for the Court
