Skoda Felicia rear wheel loss - motorway traffic incident
Nature of dispute / problem:
Skoda Felicia lost its rear off-side wheel whilst travelling on M5 motorway resulting in serious traffic incident.
Work completed:
- Examined damaged vehicle
- Inspected the rear stub axle for evidence of what might have led to the loss of the wheel.
